We are pleased to offer this great series to our BCRAC patrons!
National Theatre Live is the National Theatre's groundbreaking project to broadcast the best of British theatre live from the London stage to cinemas across the UK and around the world. Each live broadcast is filmed in front of a live audience in the theatre with cameras carefully positioned throughout the auditorium to ensure that cinema audiences get the "best seat in the house" view of each production. Camera placement is different for each broadcast to make sure cinema audiences enjoy the best possible experience every time. In addition to offering live broadcasts, productions are available "as live" for limited plays at additional venues. The BCRAC shows for the National Theatre Live Series will be "as .

  • NT Live: The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night

    Captured live from the National Theatre in London, this critically acclaimed production directed by Marianne Elliot (Angels in America, War Horse) has astonished audiences around the world and has received seven Olivier and five Tony Awards. Christopher, fifteen years old, stands beside Mrs Shears dead dog. It has been speared with a garden fork, it is seven minutes after midnight and Christopher is under suspicion. He records each fact in the book he is writing to solve the mystery of who murdered Wellington. He has an extraordinary brain, exceptional at maths while ill-equipped to interpret everyday life.
