Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts

PPA is a small grants program that allows regional partners throughout the state to work with the PCA to make a significant impact on arts and cultural opportunities at a local level. Funding for the PPA program comes from the citizens of Pennsylvania through an annual state appropriation by the Legislature and from a federal grant from the National Endowment for the Arts.
