PENNSYLVANIA PARTNERS IN THE ARTS (PPA) GRANTS, a Pennsylvania Council on the Arts partnership program facilitated through the BCRAC, provides grants for quality arts/cultural projects in five counties in the northern tier (Bradford, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga & Wyoming)

ARTS IN EDUCATION places practicing, professional artists into schools and community organizations for 10 + day-residencies, provides professional development opportunities for the 25 regional artists working through the residency program, facilitates such programs as Poetry Out Loud, the Endless Mountains Digital Film Festival, and the Arts Excellence Scholarship program.

LEARNING EARLY NETWORK works in co-ordination with the Arts in Education Program to provide artist-in-residence activities for early childhood educational centers and sponsor an annual Learning Early Network conference at the Sayre Theatre.  By the end of 2008, this program will have provide every Head Start Center in 8 counties with a 16 day artist residency and teacher training.
