Pennsylvania Partners In The Arts
 The Bradford County Regional Arts Council (BCRAC) is one of the twelve regional service providers that has been selected by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA) to facilitate the Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts (PPA) Program. The BCRAC works in partnership with the state to design and create initiatives on a regional level to make a significant impact on arts and cultural opportunities across Bradford, Columbia, Montour, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, and Wyoming Counties.

Applications are evaluated on a local level by a Review Panel comprised of community members representing the seven counties served. For the 2008-2009 program year, over $59,000 was re-granted to groups throughout the Northern Tier in support of local arts programming.

Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts is a program of the PA Council on the Arts, a state agency. It is funded by the citizens of Pennsylvania through an annual legislative appropriation, and administered locally by the Bradford County Regional Arts Council. The Pennsylvania Council on the Arts is supported by the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency.
